Engine oil, antifreeze and oil filters were among the most common products kept in stock.

Data Did You Know – In the 2021 Counterman P.A.R.T.S. survey, of the 36 categories of parts we included in the survey, repair shops were most likely to stock engine oil, antifreeze, oil filters, fuel additive chemicals, and wiper blades. The parts they were least likely to stock, and most likely to order from their suppliers, were fuel injection control monitors, clutch kits, timing chains, catalytic converters, and radiators.
