A wide variety of high-quality rollers include bearing wheel covers of various styles, materials and sizes. These products are stored at the manufacturer's location in Michigan.

Bearing wheel covers are used in a variety of industrial and manufacturing applications, including conveyor lines and material handling. These cover plates can be used as track wheels, guide wheels, etc. through the outer rollers running directly on the flat surface. The design of the bearing cover allows the inner diameter of the bearing to rotate separately from the outer cover, thereby reducing bearing vibration, friction, noise and wear.

Bearing wheel covers are available in flat, crown and radial cover types with a wide range of materials to meet your performance needs. Polymer materials include heat/chemical resistant nylon, high-strength PEEK, wear-resistant 70D polyurethane, and general-purpose black polyacetal. The wheel cover is also provided with corrosion-resistant 303 stainless steel and chemically plated 1045 steel.

The multi-function bearing wheel cover is available in straight hole or threaded stud version. The low-profile mounting studs are permanently swaged into the bearing, eliminating the need for nuts, bolts and washers. The bearing is fixed by a snap ring. The bearing wheel cover of the radial ball bearing can provide rubber-sealed bearings or shielded bearings made of steel or stainless steel, and provide a variety of sizes. The diameter of the outer (OD) wheel ranges from 3/4 to 1-1/2 inches. 3/16 to 1/2 inch, wheel width from 3/8 to 9/16 inch.
