We’re pleased to announce the introduction of our MANA-GRVL one-piece Carbon Handlebar.
Since the introduction of the AO Gravel frameset in 2019, the Gravel Category has continued to grow rapidly with the number and size of Adventure and Gravel events around the world continuing to expand.
In response to feedback from AO customers about the specific needs of Gravel and Adventure riding and racing, the MANA-GRVL has been developed from the ground up based.
The MANA-GRVL is available in 6 sizes (80-130 stem length/469-524 c-c at drops) and features a 12-degree flare and a 31.8mm diameter crossbar that allows the attachment of clip-on TT Bars and other accessories.
The MANA-GRVL uses a 1-1/8″ steerer which means it is compatible with other manufacturers’ forks also using a 1-1/8″ steerer with cables/hoses entering the underside of the crossbar.
NEW Tubeless Valves from Juice Lubes
The best looking, best performing, most tooled-up valves in the game and absolutely packed with features to make tubeless super simple.
Each valve cap is packed with 3 super useful tools, more than any other on the market. Each has a valve core tool and spoke keys for 3.2mm and 3.4mm spoke nipples. Tools are on both caps so no stress if you ever lose one.
Tubeless needn’t be a faff and our valves make it easy peasy.
First up, the valve core is removable to make adding sealant a breeze, and that valve core tool is always close at hand when you need it.
There’s a 4mm Allen key base for easy removal and a selection of rubber grommets for a perfect, airtight fit. Last but not least, a slotted base works perfectly with your tire inserts and flat-sided edges on the lock ring help you clamp it down tight.
Finally, the packaging is 100% cardboard for easy recycling.

With fall/winter season comes inclement weather. Depending on which part of the country you’re in, you will get rain, mud, and general road grime. If you race cross, then there is endless washing at the end of a race or during if you’re one of the lucky ones to have two bikes and support.
Bearings are one of the critical parts of a bike. Without them, things just wouldn’t work. Bearings are in Hubs, BB, Pedals, Freehubs, Pivots, Pulley wheels, and Headsets. They are parts we don’t think about until it squeaks or goes wrong.

With so many bearings, where are the best upgrade locations? #1 BB, Hubs, these two components do a full rotation, so a nice set of Stainless or Ceramic bearings will roll smooth and offer better resistance to corrosion and wear. XD-15 bearings are the best quality Enduro offers, developed by Airbus for bearings in plane wings that could not be serviced but are required just to keep going against de Ice fluid altitude temps and pressures; XD-15 really is a set it and forget it set up.
#2 Headset bearings, A headset sees a lot of load forces put through it, and it gets a good amount of rotation, and the lower bearing sees that muck getting flicked up from the front wheel.
Other Enduro Options: Pulley Wheels The rage seems to be large OS versions that require switching out parts.
